The Process

When you want to order a Commission, contact me either via my E-Mail Adress, text me on Amino (@Nacho Cheek), or simply use the form provided.

If I accept, I'll either mail you back or in case you want to handle this via Amino, I'll respond there.

We will then discuss the details of your order. Expect me to ask a bunch of questions about what exactly you want me to draw because I want to get as close as possible to what you had in mind.

(Should those questions bother you in any way, please be considerate. After all, you want me to do something for you, and all I want is to make it worth your money.)

There we will also talk about the price details, for example whether ot not Complexity Fees apply.

It might take a while for me to finish your piece, especially if I have a lot going on. Should you need your piece by a certain deadline, please tell me beforehand. There is a chance that I might push back other pieces in favour of yours, but no guarantee.

Art can't be rushed. Should you pressure me, I'll remind you of that. Should you continue to do so, it's possible that I will either cancel your request (includes refund in case of Commissions), ban you from receiving any art whatsoever from me in the future, or both.

Please do not ask me more than once a day how your request is going. If I tell you I'm on it, I'm on it. If I tell you I'll start tomorrow, I'll start tomorrow. There's no point in nagging me.

I'll show you the sketch and ask for your opinion on it. This is the last point at which you can change your mind about anything. Small adjustments are no problem, but be aware that major changes are pretty inconvenient for me. Should your new wishes greatly differentiate from the sketch (so much that I would need to redraw more than half of it), I might ask for something in return. (Doesn't apply if I just got it totally wrong on my own; only if you change your mind.)

If those adjustments are of any significance, I'll show you the corrected sketch again until you're happy with it.

Once the sketch is to your liking, please proceed to pay me. I won't continue without it (as I don't want to get scammed), but do not pay me earlier.

Please be responsive in this part of the process; if it takes you more than three days to reply to anything, I might push your request back a bit in favour of ones that I can work on already. I understand that you have a life, but please be aware that I have a bit of a schedule myself.

So... please communicate.

After this point, you'll just have to wait patiently for me to finish drawing. If you want, I can give you updates on the project (if it's something bigger) as I go, but I wouldn't usually do this.

I'll send the end result in an E-Mail (either the original or a version with slightly adjusted lighting, or even both).

If you don't want me to add it to my Portfolio or publish it elsewhere, please let me know.

The Piece

I am and always will be the creator of an Art Work I drew, so

Don't Remove My Signature

Don't Publish It Elsewhere Without Proper Credit

Don't Claim It As Your Work

You can use it

As a Profile Picture with Credit

In Aesthetics, Moodboards, etc. with Credit

In Wikis, Blogs, etc. with Credit

Please don't repost just the Picture itself.

Should you feel the desire to edit it (like a screenshot), please credit me for the original, and state that the edit was done by either you or a third party.

If I find out that any of those rules have been violated, I'll report you. Art Theft is a No-Go, and pretty much a petty crime. It can get you banned from certain communities, like many Aminos. You'll also never be able to hire me again or receive any art from me through other options.

So be smart - Credit Art.
